The common areas, such as the dining room, the kitchen, the terrace, the chill-out area, the storage for surfboards and bicycles, and luggage storage, provide services that cater to the needs of every traveler.

Our activity depends largely on the health of our natural and social environment. We live off of what surrounds us, and it is our duty to take care of it and cherish it. For this reason, it is our obligation to integrate policies based on sustainability criteria in order to guarantee the quality of our company and our environment in the long term.

In order to avoid promoting speculation on housing and not contributing to the reduction of housing for residential use, we chose an old commercial space for our activity.
The space where we are located was an old car workshop that was abandoned and in a state of ruin.
